Through VCS Project 4899, we are issued carbon credits for verified reductions or removals of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, achieved via sustainable timber plantation methods.

🔒 Transparency Statement: Carbon credits will be generated under the Verified Carbon Standard (VCS Project 4899) for greenhouse gas emission reductions or removals achieved through sustainable timber plantation management practices implemented by Nile Fibreboard Ltd. The project proponent retains exclusive rights to claim these GHG benefits. Any claims related to Scope 3 emission reductions (e.g., by downstream buyers of timber products) are not permitted to avoid double counting of the same emission reductions.

Our factory in Kinoni, Nakasongola District, is equipped with state-of-the-art European machinery designed to minimize waste and emissions. Our MDF production process uses resin bonding technology and fiber optimization systems that:

  • Improve energy efficiency

Additionally, we implement dust collection and air filtration systems to maintain a healthy working environment for our employees and surrounding communities.
