Nile Fibreboard Ltd is a proudly Ugandan company and the first dedicated MDF board manufacturer in Uganda. Founded in 2016 as part of the Sarrai Group, our factory is located in Kinoni Village, Nakasongola District, where we blend modern wood manufacturing technology with a deep commitment to sustainability and regional development.

🌍 Our Journey

Our parent company, Sarrai Group, has a legacy of investment in industrial transformation across Africa. Following the successful commissioning of MDF plants in Nakuru, Kenya (2010) and Malawi (2011), Nile Fibreboard Ltd was established as the Group’s third and most advanced MDF production facility.

Today, we serve a diverse customer base in Uganda and beyond, supplying Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF), engineered flooring, prefabricated structures, particle boards, and wooden utility poles for infrastructure, furniture, and construction sectors.

All our products are made using raw materials from over 25,000 acres of sustainably planted pine forests, ensuring both quality and environmental responsibility.
